Welcome to Fullerton Sunrise Rotary – where “Service Begins at Sunrise.”
Yes, that’s what we’re most proud of and what drives our programs and projects – Service.
We have as our focus the youth of our community, always remembering that our “community” is the world.
Since our start as a club in March 1985, the Fullerton Sunrise Rotary Club has contributed significantly to the health of the many dimensions of a youth-oriented Fullerton:
  • Troy High School
  • La Vista High School,
  • The Fullerton School District
  • WTLC,
  • Orangewood
  • Boy & Girls Club of Fullerton,
  • The North Orange County Family of YMCA,
  • The Boy Scouts of America
  • Community Theatre – to name a few.

One of our major projects, which brought us recognition through a full-page article in the national Rotarian magazine, was an Arts Bus that the club members gutted then funded with high-tech computer equipment for elementary students to use to create magnificent art displays and theatrical performances as it “traveled” from school to school.

And let’s not forget the major focus of Rotary International since 1985 – the eradication of polio worldwide,Our club continues to contribute financially to this effort, and several members travel to Caborca, Mexico, annually to participate in the administration of the oral polio vaccine to children in nearby villages. What a gratifying experience!

So, won’t you visit us sometime soon?We meet at the Meridan Sports Club off of the 57 Freeway and Yorba Linda Boulevard every Thursday at 7:15 a.m. and finish pretty promptly at 8:30 a.m.Our weekly programs are superb. They recognize and highlight issues that affect the community.

And besides a good program, you’ll just have a lot of fun.Come prepared to laugh a lot and get a really positive start on your day!
